地坪产品的不断发展新工艺，新的技术创新。整个地坪行业的设计发展参数越来越多。西卡sika为地坪行业的材料术语和原材料术语，为行业人员准确把握和理解地坪专业术语提供了标准依据，有利于推广地坪行业各种材料的标准化用语叫法。

材料术语
1.地坪材料 flooring materials 由粘结料、骨料、外加剂或添加剂组成，经现场摊铺、浇注或涂刷在基层表面，能与基层结合成一个整体并满足特定功能的地面材料。

2.树脂地坪材料 synthetic resin flooring materials 以合成树脂作为粘结料的地坪材料。
水性树脂地坪材料（water-borne synthetic resin flooring materials）以水为主要分散介质的树脂地坪材料。
无溶剂树脂地坪材料（solvent-free synthetic resin flooring materials）以非挥发性有机化合物或参与化学反应的挥发性有机化合物为分散介质的树脂地坪材料。
溶剂型树脂地坪材料（solvent-borne synthetic resin flooring materials）以不参与化学反应的挥发性有机物为分散介质的树脂地坪材料。
环氧地坪材料（epoxyresin flooring materials）以环氧树脂和固化剂作为主要粘结料的树脂地坪材料。
聚氨酯地坪材料 （polyurethane resin flooring materials）以含羟基的树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂作为主要粘结料的树脂地坪材料。
环氧乙烯基酯地坪材料（epoxy vinylester resin flooring materials）以环氧乙烯基酯树脂和固化剂作为主要粘结料的树脂地坪材料。
甲基丙烯酸甲酯地坪材料（methylmethacrylate flooring materials）以甲基丙烯酸甲酯及其他乙烯基类单体和聚合物作为主要粘结料的树脂地坪材料。

3.水泥基地坪材料 cementitious flooring materials
以水泥为主要胶凝材料的地坪材料。
聚合物改性水泥基地坪材料（polymer modified cementitious flooring materials）以聚合物分散液或乳胶粉对水泥进行改性的水泥基地坪材料。
水泥基耐磨地坪材料（cementitious hardening flooring materials）添加了硬质骨料以提高耐磨性能的水泥基地坪材料，通常采用撒布施工。

4.石膏基地坪材料calcium sulfate flooring materials
以硫酸钙为主要胶凝材料的地坪材料。

5.聚合物水泥复合地坪材polymer cementcomposite flooring materials
以水性反应型树脂和水泥基胶凝材料为粘结料的地坪材料。
